Back to Work

On wednesday I had to go back to work. :( I was crying monday and tuesday and got teary eyed driving in on wednesday. I couldn't stand the thought of being away from Allison all day. I was sad that I won't get to pick out her clothes, see some of her firsts, and just be around her as much. Once I got to work, it wasn't as bad as I thought. Luckily things are really slow so it was a really good time for me to go back. It was nice to have adult conversations too. :) Right now our moms are watching her until she starts daycare. Our moms are taking turns and they are staying with us when they watch her, so when I leave for work, she is still sleeping. I think that made it easier too. Knowing she's with our moms made me feel better. After the first day, thursday and friday were easier too. I find myself getting to work really early so that I can be home earlier. It seems to work out. Now that Brandon and I are both working full time, we are just going to have to make the most of the weekends. :)
